Public Adjuster -  We are currently hiring public adjusters in all States except Alabama, where we have an appraisers position. Solicitor - All States   Attorney - (Based in Boca Raton, Florida) Specializing in insurance litigation / defense.

 

Public Adjuster – United States Adjusters is now accepting applications for the position of Public Adjuster in most States. (A copy of your license must be sent with your resume to be considered) Prior adjusting experience or residential / commercial construction experience is mandatory. Preferrable that the candidate be proficient with Xactimate, be knowledgeable of property insurance policies and their interpretation, proficient residential & commercial building estimating. Sales / Solicitor – United States Adjusters is now hiring Solicitors/Sales persons to assist in finding insured that were underpaid or not paid at all on their insurance claims. If you sales experience and also hold a Public Adjusters License & bond or are willing to receive the proper license and bond please contact us. United States Adjusters, Inc. Sales experience is a plus but is not mandatory It is imperative for this position that the candidate be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently on the street with the support and backing of corporate staff. There is no cap on the earning potential for this position. A motivated solicitor can earn well over 100K in commission in their first year. Attorney / Lawyer – United States Adjusters is now currently hiring an in house attorney to work solely for the corporation and affiliate companies. Job Description: Plaintiff side representation of property insurance claims dispute against the insurers, and also in cases of negligence, against their agents. The attorney will help navigate through the intricacies of claim presentation and preparation processes. The attorney will become well-versed in assessing what documentation must be provided to the insurer to best protect and preserve all the policyholder’s legal rights under various types of insurance policies. The attorney work with United States Adjusters and all of its public insurance adjusters. Focus will be to resolve coverage disputes during claims adjustment, investigation, and insurance litigation.
